The Weatherization Program can help you increase the energy efficiency of your home so that you can reduce your energy bills.
You are eligible to apply for this program if you live in a low-income household, particularly if you are elderly, have children, or a family member with a disability. You can apply for the weatherization program whether you own or rent, live in a single-family home, multifamily housing complex, or a mobile home.
A trained technician will perform an audit that will determine the best energy conservation measures for your home. These measures may include:
- Attic and basement insulation
- Heating system repair or replacement
- A free refrigerator
- Weather stripping or caulking
